The 2018 World Agri-Tech Innovation Summit (March 20-21) in San Francisco set new records in attendance, with 1,000 delegates, 80 speakers, 24 round table topics and over 1,500 1:1 meetings between senior industry leaders, entrepreneurs and investors from around the world. World Agri-Tech is the anchor event of the Rethink Ag & Food Innovation Week, which began on March 19 with the pre-summit Vertical Farming workshop and World Agri-Tech Pitch Day with The Radicle Challenge, then World Agri-Tech (March 20-21), the Blockchain Briefing (March 21) and concluded with Future Food-Tech (March 22-23) for the downstream food industry. Many delegates joined us for the full week to optimize their networking and market insights across the entire supply chain.
Launched in London in 2013, World Agri-Tech has established itself as a meeting place for international stakeholders dedicated to advancing sustainable agriculture in both developed and developing markets. Focused on identifying the best models for successful technology commercialization, the summits bring together experts from around the world to share best practices and case studies and to identify the most exciting opportunities for investment.
Rethink summits are created by experts in the water, waste and agri-tech industries to address the issues most crucial to investors and developers in these sectors. Through our global network of industry advisors, we produce highly-focused, topical summits which gather all the right people together in one room to share ideas, find solutions and identify new business opportunities.
