His career includes various leadership roles at companies like Concerto Software and CellIT Technologies, while his early work in Israel involved engineering roles at companies such as Israeli Aircraft Industries and Intel, where he helped design the first Pentium Microprocessor. In late 2007, he co-founded Beeologics, a company he led as CEO until he sold it to Monsanto in 2011; during his eight-year tenure at Monsanto/Bayer, he focused on business strategy and technology acquisition, continuing a long history of founding, developing, and selling successful hi-tech ventures.
