Georg Goeres
Georg Goeres is Chief Executive Officer of Micropep Technologies, where he leads the company’s strategy and commercialization of micropeptide-based crop protection solutions. He assumed the CEO role in July 2025.
With over 25 years of global experience in agriculture and life sciences, Georg previously led the global biologicals business at Indigo Agriculture and built Indigo’s European operations from the ground up. Prior to that, he held multiple senior leadership roles at Syngenta, spanning commercial strategy, Seedcare, lawn & garden, and M&A. He began his career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank.
Georg holds a Master’s degree in Economics and has lived and worked across Europe, the U.S., and Latin America. He speaks German, English, French, and some Spanish.
