Jon is a seasoned agribusiness technology executive with C-suite experience in global AgBiotech. He has been responsible for launching new technologies in seed and livestock that became industry standards. As VP for biotechnology at DuPont Pioneer he led the 2nd largest Ag Biotech group in the industry at the time. As CSO for Genus plc he led the discovery and development stages of what is now the first FDA approved food animal gene editing technology, the PRRSv Resistant Pig, and the development through commercial launch of the first competitive entrant in gender selection technology for cattle producers in over a decade.
