An experienced leader across energy and agriculture, Lee is the EY-Parthenon Americas Agriculture Co-leader. He supports both corporate and financial clients with navigating strategy, innovation and the M&A transaction cycle, including commercial diligence and integration support. In addition to his years of strategy advisory to leading global companies in the food and agribusiness space, he has held executive roles in both public and privately owned companies, including as CEO of a venture-backed agricultural technology company and Senior VP, Strategy at a leading agriculture and infrastructure company. Lee's experience includes helping organizations invest in and shape commercial opportunities for resource productivity and sustainability. He currently serves on the Board of International Development Enterprises, a nonprofit creating market opportunities for small entrepreneurs in agriculture and sanitation. Lee holds a PhD in Geological and Environmental Science (Hydrology) from Stanford University and a BSc in Applied Physics from Brigham Young University.
