Roy Steiner serves as the Senior Vice President for the Food Initiative at The Rockefeller Foundation. Previously, Roy was a director at the Omidyar Network and helped establish the Agricultural Development program at the Gates Foundation. Roy holds a PhD and MS in agricultural and biological engineering from Cornell University, and dual degrees in mechanical engineering and biology from MIT.
