Ryan Gilbert is a strategic leader and agronomist dedicated to bridging the gap between complex technology and actionable field insights. As a Consultant at DeepRoot Strategies, he focuses on guiding agricultural organizations through the evaluation, deployment, and scaling of generative AI strategies. Ryan leverages his deep background in crop production to design farmer-centric solutions and end-to-end customer journeys, establishing the benchmarks and governance necessary to ensure AI solutions drive measurable agronomic and business outcomes.
In addition to his consultancy work, Ryan serves as the Agriculture Product Lead for KissanAI, a global startup focused on delivering specialized AI agents for the agriculture industry. At KissanAI, he leads efforts to develop platform GenAI agents for agribusinesses to address information gaps and combat challenges like high workforce turnover and rapid technological change.
