Scott Grabau serves as President and CEO of Tanimura & Antle, one of the fresh produce industry’s most innovative and respected grower–shipper companies. Under his leadership, the company has continued to strengthen its core vegetable operations while expanding into new areas of innovation, including field automation, consumer education, seed genetics, and controlled environment agriculture (CEA).
With over 20 years of agricultural experience spanning row crops, tree fruit, and specialty crops, Scott’s leadership blends a deep understanding of production with a forward-looking approach to technology and sustainability. Before joining Tanimura & Antle, he worked in public accounting at Arthur Andersen, specializing in agricultural clients.
Scott is passionate about guiding the company’s next generation of leaders and upholding Tanimura & Antle’s legacy of quality, service, and innovation.
