Tim Weaver is the Chief Strategy Officer of Holganix, a leading ag-tech soil-health company at the forefront of regenerative agriculture, biological inputs, and next-generation carbon markets. He’s known for bringing an innovative, data-driven approach to environmental assets and financial architecture.
Tim’s background pulls from international experience across renewable energy, EV truck and bus manufacturing and infrastructure, commercial real estate development, and global government relations. This cross-sector experience gives him a practical view of how climate innovation really works in the field. He brings a diverse background of strategic vision, operational depth, creative finance, and policy fluency to the environmental-asset conversation.
At Holganix, Tim leads corporate strategy, the sustainability unit, new market development, and the expansion of environmental assets across over three million acres. His work helps farmers improve yield, reduce inputs and diesel use, increase water holding capacity, and sequester more carbon.
Tim's passion is for architecting practical solutions that bridge data-rich climate science, capital markets, and agricultural innovation to build a more resilient future. He also has some amazing stories about life inside the Olympic Village — most of which he can't tell anyone.
