About the 2019 World Agri-Tech Pitch Day & The Radicle Challenge

For a second year, World Agri-Tech teamed up with San Diego-based accelerator fund Radicle Growth to host the pre-summit Pitch Day on Monday March 18 in San Francisco. Entries closed on December 21, for all seed-stage agtech and food-tech companies to participate.

Eight early-stage technology companies were selected to pitch their solutions to Radicle Growth management with their judging panel and an invited audience of high-ranking investors and agribusiness leaders.

The winner was announced on Tuesday March 19 at the World Agri-Tech Innovation Summit, before presenting on March 20 to the summit audience of 1,300+ senior international agribusiness executives and VC investors as part of the Technology Showcase.

All eight finalists received complimentary delegate passes for the two day World Agri-Tech summit, to maximize networking, learning and visibility to senior business leaders and investors.
