At the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences (CAES), we are leading the way in agricultural and environmental innovation by focusing on the food, fiber, and environmental issues that affect lives around the world every day. We teach the theories and principles of agricultural and applied economics; agricultural policy and science communications; animal and dairy science; crop and soil sciences; entomology; food science and technology; horticulture; regenerative bioscience; plant pathology; and poultry science and apply them to real-world situations in the boardroom, classroom, field, greenhouse, and lab. We seek to ensure the future of agriculture and the environment, knowing that the health of agriculture means the health of our own lives and our communities around the world.
